"Worse experience I have ever had at a sandwich shop. First off I ordered lg tuna salad sandwich with white bread extra Mayo lite mustard. I ended up with a toasted tuna sandwich with some type of spicy mustard on it, I explained I didn't order a toasted tuna sandwich and would like it replaced, so they replaced, but then I bit into the sandwich and it tasted spicy I was advised it was their deli mustard which they then showed me, I asked do they hv reg yellow mustard and I had explained I had been coming there for the last month or so and my sandwich was never prepared in this way, my only chief complaint back then was the outdated chips they were selling which by the way they didn't remove from the shelf. I requested a refund from the messed up tuna sandwich and handed them bk the full sandwich and explained it wasn't to my satisfaction as a customer, the asst Mgr got argumentative with me and said she won't continue allowing the disrespect, beit I didn't curse her ir anything just was a little loud but she said she would tk my name n number and hv the Mgr Rachel call me, still as if right now no follow up and they took my money no refund no sandwich. They lost me as a customer..."
"Best stadium ever, lines are long but there long at every stadium Parking ouch. That's the tough part,100 bucks to park at stadium"
"I used to love Firehouse. NOT ANY MORE. The last 3 times I came in the sandwiches where as this as possible to still call it a sandwich. $30 for 2 medium sandwiches that look like this is beyond ridiculous. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO FIREHOUSE SUBS ANYWHERE."
"For a sub shop they do fairly well. The bread can be a bit dry if you're going for a sub later in the day! If you prefer the hot sub you likely won't notice... However, the cold sub you will. Today we decided to try their limited time only Pepperoni pizza meatball sub on a garlic bread roll. You know, it was pretty good....The pepperoni was almost flavorless.... but other than that! We enjoyed it! I'd say it's worth a try... The staff were a bit off putting... one in particular really caught me off guard.... but all in all friendly enough."
"My second visit here. Food was fantastic just like my first visit. The Italian sandwich is to die for! The chili is pretty good, just missing some cheese and onions on top. Today my family chose to get the mint chocolate chip cookies, and the cookies are great, and only $1 for a big cookie! There is a coca-cola freestyleachine as well. It is not upgraded to be touchless however. Not a frequent place to go but it is has been consistent and delicious even if we have to wait for food to be ready."
