"Decent food. Onion rings were about fast food restaurant quality. Crab cakes was the best thing I tasted here with 50% crab. Skip the soup, not crabby at all. Soft shell crab I wish had a different batter and not so salty. Too much old bay seasoning. Average quality and taste. Want to try the dungeoness crab next time."
"Family visit to Las Vegas. We are from the Chesapeake Bay Area and thought it would be a great place to get away as a break from the strip of Las Vegas. The food was good, the service was fine, there was plenty of free parking."
"A very good dining experience. Grilled shrimp and hushpuppies very tasty. Lobster roll was filled with chunks of lobster meat. French fries were crisp and unsalted per our request. Our waiter, George, was very friendly and attentive. Lobster bisque soup was outstanding as it had the right amount of butter for the creamy sauce. The decor brought back fine memories of our time on the East Coast and our visits to Baltimore and the University of Maryland where we saw Terrapin basketball."
"I brought this to the owners attention as well as the server before posting. I gave them the opportunity to make it right. I ordered a seafood gumbo bread bowl and was served one of the smallest bread bowls I have ever seen. I’m a local Las Vegan and I understand that inflation is to blame, “allegedly”. $17.00+ later, I’m seriously disappointed with the quantity offered. Taste was fine. Service was good. Overall, 2/5 stars. I wouldn’t recommend this food truck. Sorry guys. Was hoping for a better experience. No… sorry I won’t be interested in giving you additional business as I felt that I already gave you a chance to rectify the issue. There are a lot of options here in Las Vegas and your representatives should have been more astute and addressed my concerns when I informed them of such. They pleasantly declined to do so so your attempt to invite me to your brick and mortar restaurant and spend more money doesn’t appeal to my culinary interests. Again, should’ve done a better job when I brought it to your attention. Good luck with your endeavor."
"This review is for their food truck experience but I'm sure the restaurant is the same if not better. As a MD resident visiting Vegas I had to try it out as soon as I saw the truck to see if it makes the "Maryland cut " I am here to tell you, in my opinion, it 100% does. I went with a basic crab cake sandwich and was not disappointed. The cake was full of lump pieces with very little filler to bind it. Even the little bit of binder used was made up of crab and seasoned just right. Paired with fresh made old bay chips, it was a meal that brought me straight back home. Not only am I from MD but apparently they are also from my home town of Bowie so I'm not surprised they know what they are doing when it comes to crab cakes. I wish I had more time in Vegas to try the restaurant out but have to catch a flight back home. Next time I'm in town I will definitely be returning and will highly recommend trying them to anyone I know."
