"I placed an order on Friday the 18th - asked Amy to charge my credit card right away as I freeze it at night. This was for deliver on Sunday late afternoon. I got a call Saturday night at 6:30 p.m. telling me my credit card didn't work so I reminded her about the charging right away and told her I just unfroze it so please charge right now. I left it unfrozen from that point on the rest of the weekend. Showed up to the funeral on Sunday, no flowers. Not sure what more I could have done. I did call back three times, left two messages within an hour on Saturday to verify that all was good with my phone number and never heard back. I ended up using a much more reliable florist Monday morning who was able to deliver for me within an hour. Thank you to Morris Floral for helping me out."

"My daughter ( from out of the country) ordered a bouquet for me and it was NOT what the picture showed. Very disappointing. Less than half the flowers and not even the flowers from the picture. Amy made things right by bringing a fresh bouquet on Sunday. It is lovely and smells fresh. Thank you"

"What a joke. My entire order was wrong. I got flowers and two chocolate bars for my mom as a surprise. I chose the "Thinking of You" card. Wrong flowers, wrong chocolates, and a happy birthday card. Absolutely ridiculous. My dad swears by the place but I will never order flowers from here again. I would've understood if they were out of the items I ordered, but I would expect a call or an email asking if substitutes were okay. Very upset."
