They came back and so called fixed it. When you recline in it your legs won't go straight out. And they refused to give them a different chair. Well a $1000 dollars shot."

When the arm on my sofa became loose after many years of wear they were able to fix it for me. When I had a small issue with my flooring, they came right back out to fix it.
