"The shop was closed at 1:45 pm . While the sign said its open. The staff are inside but don’t bother to open the door , and only points to the drive through window"

"Trash. Placed an order for pickup on the app just to drive 15 mins there to be told they don’t have any orders placed even though I paid for it and had proof of purchase. Don’t know why the app would let me place the order for this location if they don’t even do pickup orders. The “manager” was extremely rude and other employees just laughed when I was literally out my $30. She told me I needed to cancel the order to get my money back but didn’t know how and the app doesn’t let you cancel, so she told me to call but didn’t have a number. Just ridiculous."

"Half of our order was missing and the half we did get, was wrong. So it's hard to judge the food. What we did get was ok. The fries and ice cream were great (even tho ice cream was wrong as well. Dude mixed strawberry and caramel into both sundaes instead of making 1 of each) the fries were fantastic though! It was good to try, but with our order being so messed up and the guy getting an attitude when we asked for the sauces that go with the food we ordered, we won't be going back. They also don't have a person taking your order, it's AI type voice"

"I've been a customer for many years but haven't eaten at one in several years. What a treat. I ordered the Baconzilla burger, a very meaty, savory, juicy burger. The burger tasted fresh and high quality. Coated French fries were delicious. My buddy got the chicken tenders and fries, he said they were also delicious and wouldn't share. Service was available only at a walk-up window, not optimal but understandable. The prices were also better than other nearby competitors. The meal was a great value for the money. I highly recommend this place"
