"Lately this place has gone to hell. I don’t know if it’s the workers that don’t care but the food quality has gone down. They don’t read the orders right. And How do you forget mayo on a sandwich when almost all of them come with mayo. Customer service is not what they serve or demonstrate either. The manager named “Bethany” just gave a me a plain “sorry”. That’s it. Like she could have said let me remake the sandwich or can I have the sandwich back, so I can give you a refund. But nope nothing. I understand this place is not the top of the line on anything but dang. I will not be wasting any more money here and suggest you all do that same. It’s really not worth it"

"It’s like the blind leading the blind in there smh sat there 10 mins not one person said anything to me and just waited for someone that was in the back and when she came out had the nerve to act like I was a bother lol like are y’all trying to make the company money lol customer service really needs to improve well I’m off to another location smh"

"I ordered the wahoo French dip 18" . Cost $24.+ Change left an $8 tip. Got home looked at the sandwich and became disappointed. No meat on the last one third of the bun. Had to take a picture. Did NOT "WOW" ME ..FRLT LIKE I GOT SHORTED. YK?"

"Please ask your employees to double or even triple check the orders before handing them out. I ordered a Balsamic Chicken salad and got BBQ sauce and some other weird sauce instead of the Balsamic dressing that it normally comes with. Very disappointing. I didn't notice until I got back to work and didn't have time to turn around. I love this place and want to keep coming back but all I get is that salad and now I fear I will get the wrong dressing again."
