"The food and atmosphere were both excellent. While some others complained about the lack of flavor, I believe that people may be accustomed to overly salty packaged ramen. This dish, however, was fresh and not salty at all, with everything tasting delicious."

"So we decided to try out Dragon Tiger Noodle Co. this evening. First impressions are very important and they failed. When we walked in there were several tables loaded with dirty dishes, it appeared that no one was cleaning up. I ordered the fire noodles with the szechuan broth, pork belly, and added several veggies. The broth was pretty spicy but lacked flavor. The noodles were nice and fresh as were the veggies. Over all an average experience and probably will not go out of my way to come back. The prices were a bit high for what you get and premium up charges for special items."

"You'd better have a good reason to eat, and dine in if you do. This place isn't cheap, and your money goes far elsewhere. Noodles: Ramen 1/5, Udon 2/5. Not freshly heated, blocked together, Udon had minimal bite. Flavor very bland Broth: 1/5 Tonkotsu. Average but overly spicy (half a Jalapeno without asking) Beef Broth 2/5. Sweet and beefy, but little much else. Was cold after a 7 minute drive Meat: Beef 2/5. Stomach felt a bit funny after, the extra meat looked inedible soaking in red liquid in a paper cup from takeout. Maybe try Tofu. Sauces 3/5, I actually liked their sauces. Condiments 3/5, plenty of options Atmosphere: 3/5. Cool scenery, I think the hot plates on each table is smart My experience: I ordered online, relatively excited. They did a wonderful thing and called about my friends fish allergy to change our order, AWESOME BUT... We show up and wait another 20 minutes past the expected pickup. When I arrive, I'm told no rice... So I ask if they can do Udon instead for the same dish. "Yes" 2 other customers walked in, got their food before us. I watched them make their food first (we had waited 5 minutes at that point) They finally give us the food, and it's missing one of the items, the Udon bowl (because no rice) I'm already running late, much longer than expected and they have to make another item... Get home and none of us could finish it. Too spicy, looks eh, doesn't taste great, or doesn't feel great. I wanted this to be delicious but... Your money, your time, your decision."

"Nice decor and atmosphere. Well thought out and executed. The staff was nice and helpful for the first time going here. Food looked fresh and the area was clean. The bowl I got looked delicious but it was meh. These bowls the broth and the noodles make the difference. Both left an impression but it was not favorable. I wish I could like it but corner Thai places have better flavors. If you're in this area and have to have noodles then I guess give it a try, however there are better choices right there. "Others’ reviews are extremely confusing because I went to this location both in opening day and again a couple weeks ago (lunch each time) and everything was top notch both times. The employees were friendly and helpful, the portions generous and the food extremely quality and flavorful. I ate inside on opening day and Jet was there- he came by each table to make sure everyone was having a great experience. The second time, I took it to go and everything was packaged thoughtfully and securely for my drive home. I ad the vegan bowl both times- same quality both times. It honestly could be 2 meals easily for me. Quality, fresh ingredients and paid attention to my onion allergy and didn’t cross-contaminate. Perhaps the customizations other individuals made to what they ordered fell short of what they hoped for in terms of flavor. I ordered the black garlic the first time b it left it out the second because it was a bit too powerful for my liking- but it was as generous as the other ingredients and certainly worth the extra charge. The restaurant is clean and has a cool ambiance, with warmers at the tables, which you don’t really need unless you’re being extremely leisurely. Thanks for bringing Tiger Noodle to the west side!"
