"Great experience. Food was hot, fries were fresh, service was fast. What a well run shift, I could see all the workers hustling and the Manager Marisela keeping things running smoothly. Devon was at the counter when we dined, he was friendly and moved quickly in serving us. The playplace was clean and occupied my daughter."

"Let's face it; McDonald's, food never that great, but service was worth the semi-sacrifice you made along with your waistline.... lately, though... these people they have working these fast food restaurants lack decency, respect, kindness, and common sense. Most of them can't get off their phones long enough to take an order, or these little girls are so afraid they will break a fake nail by putting the order in the computer. Forget a thank you or a smile. If it weren't for the value menu and just over a dollar drinks, I would never go back. When in a hurry and you have kids saying they are soooo HUNGRY, a quick stop is the only thing that keeps my sanity some days."

"If you are in any kind of a rush, do not go to this McDonald’s. The franchise owner of this McDonald’s must be different from the other ones in the area. They are the slowest franchise. The last time I visited this McDonald’s I waited 30 minutes for two large fries and 20 chicken nuggets. It took me 10 minutes to get through the drive-thru and 20 minutes before I walked into the McDonald’s and demanded my food. Prior to these 30 minutes, I had already asked the staff to look into my order, and I even gave them my receipt to make sure they did so. But they still made me wait. of course, there is no issue with the food. But when I walked into the McDonald’s, there was also a long line of people waiting. What’s ironic is that the other McDonald’s located near the area have many more people going through the drive-thru and into the restaurant, but they seem to manage to handle everyone within 90 seconds to 3 minutes max. This one takes 30 minutes. Absolutely awful service. The manager should be changed."

"Location closes at midnight. Arrived more than 10 minutes before 12 to pick up a mobile order and was denied service after my card was already charged, because they were "closed". Why not change the hours to close at 11:50 pm? Why am I being denied service during your regular operating hours??? Laziness and ineptitude is the answer!"

"Ordered a breakfast meal with a hot tea. Asked for milk and sugar. Got the food and tea. No milk. No sugar. Just hot water and a tea bag in a large cup. Even though I ordered a small. Went back to the counter. Asked again for milk and sugar. Was given 2 creams and 2 sugars. Went back again. Told them I wanted milk. They said that's an extra cost. First off nobody puts cream in tea. Secondly they shouldn't be charging for milk. Ridiculous. I couldn't drink the tea. Didn't even bother asking for a refund. Probably charge me for that too. Terrible experience."
