Domino's Pizza

"Super disappointed with this location.. mostly due to the “manager” on duty tonight March 4nd @ 9pm. We ordered 2 pizzas tonight. Both light sauce, and light cheese. We received our order fairly quick, but our pizzas were both super hard with a light drizzle of sauce on top of a few sprinkles of cheese. We called the store to let them know we weren’t satisfied with our order and the “manager” immediately became argumentative. After all said and done, he had our order remade and delivered in a timely matter but when we checked the pizzas, one of them (half cheese half pepperoni) had half of the pepperoni picked off and placed on one side of the pizza. This whole situation was extremely uncalled for and I really hope this store considers a new manager because the way this was “taken care of” was absolutely unacceptable."

"This service was trash, we ordered over 15 times from this location and the service gets worse every time. This last order we ordered our normal, the pizza came out hard as a rock we asked for light cheese and sauce since they could never get our order correct in the past. We called in and the night manager and he did not even bother to listen, he said since we ordered light cheese and sauce that’s how the pizza comes when we order like that. I asked for his name and he refused to give his name. But he did send out a new order. After we received our new order this is how my pizza looked. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any food place and we will never place an order again, and will be sure to let corporate know about this problem"

"Waiting 2 and a half hours for my order when I called to check status they stated that they didn’t deliver to my location.. I let them know my location is 3 mins away.. I then heard a whisper and then they hung up on me.. when called back (attempted 3 times) they just kept picking up recognized my voice and hung up.. very disrespectful and unprofessional."

"Absolutely horrific pizza. Ordered carry out 2 medium pizzas one pan and one hand toss. Both had little to no sauce on them and practically no cheese. We don’t generally go to this store and no I know why. Never again. What a waste of time and money"

"Ordered online for delivery. After 2 1/2 hrs and two phone calls to them, never got my order. Staff accused me of lying about it, said GPS showed the driver on my street. Manager finally agreed to cancel my order and refund, but I never got the refund. Terrible customer service, horrible location. Don't waste your time or money, there are plenty of other pizza places."
