"Ordered ahead online . Ready for pick up 30 min later and when I walk in nobody says anything to u. After loosing my patience 15 min later just standing there they only start making the order when u finally getting angry. Ignorance to the fullest"

"So Goss! At 4 o'clock in the afternoon every table was empty but there was no place to sit. There was trash on floor, food on every table and trash cans were over flowing. While I was waiting to speak to manager a man walked in and gave female employee food from Rubios, I then watched her flip chicken without washing her hands and then gave same guy food. This same man decided to be rude to me because "they are under staffed". He got his food and left. I just wanted to enjoy my food. I would think they would at least wipe down tables once an hour."

"Food was hot and fresh however the condiments bar was not set up, service was almost non-existent and only way to order was at kiosk witch was not ready until 10 min after opening. Store was dirty even though they just opened. Looked like a dirty mop was used to mop the lobby still food particles on the ground.. baseboards very dirty and missing in areas.. bathroom was dirty even though I was the first to use it... First customer to use it."

"This location always gets my order right which is awesome. I'd stopped going for a whole because the two locations I lived near years ago would ALWAYS inevitably leave items out or give me the totally wrong order. The employees at this location are also very nice and so efficient. I've headed over before when it's been a complete madhouse and the employees always seem to handle things fabulously. I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to order or get my food. Everything always comes out delicious, too. This location turned me back into an El Pollo regular!"
