"My recent visit to Einstein's was an utter disaster. Not only did they manage to mess up my order, but when I politely requested for it to be remade, the person handling the bagels had the audacity to respond with a rude gesture. The lack of professionalism and basic manners is simply appalling. And as if that wasn't enough, when I sought a refund from the manager, they gave me an incredibly hard time, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The level of incompetence and disrespect displayed by both the staff and management is utterly unacceptable. Einstein Bros. Bagels needs to seriously reconsider their priorities and invest in proper training for their employees, as well as instill a culture of accountability and respect towards their customers. Save yourself the headache and avoid this establishment."

"Einstein hasn't let me down yet, it's always busy and sometimes you have to wait a little longer than usual but for the most part everything is made on time and correct. If you're in the mood for a bagel or a sandwich give them a try"

"Food is very good. I love their pastries and bagels. Four choices of coffee. I usually cater with them but this time I had my order for dine in. Store needs a good refresh. Several ceiling tiles very damaged and some facilities issues around the building. Service is fine and I would love to give 5 stars but my dine in experience could be greater if they take care of this cosmetic issues. I believe owner or company fault, nothing crew team can do. Hopefully they can remodel soon, investment that we as customers would like to see."
