Costco Food Court

"The Hot Dogs and Pizza are a great price. Lines are long, but it goes quick. Definitely have to give it a try. Saturday is the best time to go because they give out free samples around the store. Cannot beat the $5 whole roasted chicken. Use the self check out lanes, they go fast even though the parking lot is crowded. Asent 100% Whey Protein (chocolate) 4 lbs -$54. Excellent price. Wish they had vanilla though. Whole foods price 2-lbs $47 as a comparable."

"Food is good, but service is extremely sloooooooow,they need to het another oven to keep up. Churros are just ok tho, If you order a whole pizza be ready to wait 40-45 minutes for it"

"Don't bother calling in your pizza order ahead of time. We called 15 minutes before arriving to Costco, so we could pick up a few things, then head over and pick up our pizza. Well apparently, your pizza wont get started until you pay for it. So why would you take any orders over the phone, if it wont be ready by time we get there. Also, the employees are of no help, they give you the generic "its in the oven" answer when you ask about your phone order. Extremely displeased with the way they handle their customers and food orders."

"Love Costco but your employee Amanda, i sat in front of the food court and watched as she scolded every customer for not listening for when their number was called to receive their food, including myself. The food court itself is already loud, and she’s not loud when she calls her numbers either. She sounds very annoyed which each customer who asks a question. Work on customer service. To top it off, she continued to degrade some of the employees working in the back. Yikes."

"What the heck costco, your new food court has been open only 2-3 days and this is what you give me? Shame on you, shame on me for not double checking. Nearly half of my pizza has no cheese.... such a disappointment. You can do better. I will follow up with management later. I wont change my post until then"
