"Date: 12/11/2023 11:57 Order: 243483 I ordered one big plate and a bowl and I paid but I had to wait for an entry since they didn't have broccoli beef and I had to wait next to a fridge with my friend and we waited for about 4 to 5 minutes and a team member, a lady who's name is Ileanne, asked me if that bag in the counter was mine and I said yes and she asked me with an attitude to remove it from there, I didn't say anything and I took my bag and I put it on top of the fridge. The other thing was that she asked me what I was waiting for, and I told her I was waiting for the broccoli beef and she didn't say anything. When the food was ready, she took the container and I saw her bringing the container and I grabbed my bag from the top of the fridge and I opened it so that she could place the container inside, but instead she just threw the container on top of the fridge and turned away with an attitude. My friend and I looked at me and he didn't say anything and i got shocked. I don't know this lady at all, but this lady needs to get fired. She doesn't need to be there at all. She doesn't need this job because she really has an attitude. The lady who attended me when I paid is not the same as the one with the attitude. Ileanne is the name of the lady who was rude and had an attitude. They can check the cameras. I included a photo of the receipt."
"I am a dedicated and frequent customer at Panda Express, and my five-star review stems from the consistently exceptional experiences I've had at this location. The staff here is not only friendly and accommodating but also consistently efficient, ensuring a smooth and quick service every time. The restaurant's cleanliness is consistently maintained, contributing to a pleasant dining environment. The orange chicken is a standout, always cooked to perfection, and the Beijing beef never fails to impress with its savory and slightly sweet profile. The portion sizes are generous, providing excellent value for the money spent. This Panda Express location has become my go-to spot for reliably delicious and satisfying meals, making me a loyal and enthusiastic patron."
"Typically good but this time was horrible. I bit into two bits of chicken BOTH PINK AND TASTING HORRIBLE on the inside. Only the DTS location made worse than this."
"September 15 at approximately 12:30 P.M. I took my son to Panda Express to have have lunch. I am a regular customer who goes there twice a week for almost a year now. I am very disappointed for the first time when I had purchase a two entree meal with noodles… I paid for it and I sat down with my child. I open the to go box and as I place my fork onto the chicken beneath it was a hair… I immediately got up to bring it to their notice… the staff said, “ I don’t think it’s possible that can happen, our hair can get loose into the food like that and that our hair is tied up in a bun”… she guided me to her supervisor and told me her name was “MJ”, which I don’t think that is actually her name… when I was standing in front of her and told her about the hair… She gave me with a fix stare and her message was, “what do you want?” I told her what do you mean what do I want?” I’m trying address my concern to you that there is a hair and I need a new plate.. she didn’t even acknowledge or apologized for what happen and she said to me, “ I can give you only a 2 oz meat and the rest stays… I told her, “No, you can’t do that and it’s illegal”. If there’s a hair in the food, you have to provide an entire new plate… this is unsanitary… she stood there and continued to give me a fix stare and was hesitant whether or not to give me a new plate… So she did, but rudely doing so and reduced all the portion… she didn’t even chopped the meat. I felt like I was not being treated as a customer and that I paid for my food and I didn’t what I actually wanted. The service was terrible and the accusation that were made when the staff said she couldn’t believe how that happen is considered unprofessional… I told her I will report to her director and until now I didn’t get a call back while I left a complaint notice and my feedback… Attached is a photo…I even address it by telling them to review the camera if they think I’m not telling the truth. Why do even a customer have to go to this extreme… it’s fairly unbelievable."
"The value and quality of orange chicken is good. They are crispy, small and fresh. shrimps are cold but they are still fresh and tasty. As you see in the picture chow main’s vegetables are more than noodles. Also, it is cold, old and some burned."
