"Quesadilla was greasy, taco meat hard and the service was horrible!! Very rude staff!!! Took me 4 times before they answer the phone and then slammed the phone and put me on hold. Horrible customer service."

"Ordered menudo today. All of the tripe was just fatty. They were large pieces that you couldn't even eat. I had to cut it up in order to get a mouth bite. The flavor of the menudo was not up to par. I usually go to the Roberto's on fort Apache. Their menudo is always really good I don't know why it's different it's still Roberto's."

"In general it is an okay place, similar to a place we used to eat at in LA, named Burrito King. We live nearby so have gone there a number of occasions. Tonight was not the first time we were disappointed. I called for a simple order of two different burritos, asking to subtract rice in one, add beans in another. They said 15 mins for pickup. I went there in time but they had forgotten the phone order, strange too since there was only one visible customer eating at a table. I repeated the order in spanish to the cook, who shook his head, and proceeded to make it. When I got home, they actually did add (very few) beans to the meat burrito, and got the other burrito wrong, subtracting both the rice AND the beans, not what I asked for. Furthermore, my meat burrito was only warm, not really hot like it should be. Suffice it to say, I will probably not go there any more. Perhaps some of their other locations are better staffed, these workers here were just going through the motions lackadaisically. I will probably only return here for their Wednesday hard shell taco specials, currently at 1.49 each (these also have way too much shredded chicken but cannot complain given the price. I would much rather they took half the chicken meat out and spiced it up with more vegetables, but it is what it is, at any rate)"

"Ordered a good amount of food couple days ago and it was a huge mistake. 4 fish tacos and every single one was so over cooked and old we couldn't eat it, carne asada fries that were once again cold and old, chicken roller things that were also extremely over done and old. First and last experience with that Regrettos."
