"I placed my online order today 2/11/24 two large pizza. I waited 40 minutes and still nothing I got a text message saying pizza delivered I checked my cameras/videos and nothing recorded. So I went to the store spoke to the manager name Melisa she said she’s sorry and she will do a refund at the end of the night."

"They don't even deserve a star for their most horrible management skills ever. The manager couldn't even remake my pizza even if I clearly had it in the notes what I wanted. She said unfortunately you would have to ring it up as that. Well stupid manager if they had an option on the app then I would have done so! I even explained that on the app there is NO option for that and that is why I wrote in the notes!!!!! She said unfortunately we can't do anything. She just stood there going back and forth with me rather than making it right so I got a refund. Mind you She was the manager on shift the night before Thanksgiving when I ordered 4 marinara sauces and called multiple times about the error but for two hours they didn't answer their phones. So I had 2 medium pizzas that went straight to the trashcan. I will never be back again. Even dominos knows how to remake an order and make the customer happy."
