"online it says this location is 24 hours. everytime we go (around 1am) its always a different excuse. "not accepting in person orders" "fryers are off for the night". you shouldn't be advertising 24 hour service if you are going to shut your fryers off at 1am. we placed an order on the app, we pulled up to the restaurant & she said the fryers were off for the night. the app said the order was complete but she said the order never came through on her screen. just a big waste of time and waste of money because there was no way to cancel the order, since the order was "complete". now we have to speak to management in the morning to get our money back. sad i had to leave this review but this was not the first or even fourth time this has happened. dont waste your time. find somewhere else to eat."

"If they are open it's usually before midnight. The wait time is herendous, and the new experience is, we are only taking pick up orders. Are you picking up, the. I can't help you. really? I just want chocolate over load cake. I'm not who they have running or who supervises that person but... But I.k. I'm very disappointed that I can't order when they are open and even more disappointed that they advertise 24 hrs but closed as it suites them. Waste of time most early mornings. But I really like the overload cake. Plus with just getting the cake, they can't make my food wrong."

"I ordered my 3 year old a 4 piece nugget combo, they gave us jalapeño poppers instead. Like how??? This location never seems to get my order correct, so frustrating."

"My husband and I decided to grab food through the drive through after burning our brunch at home. He had an hour before he needed to get ready to go to work. It was not busy at all whether in restaurant or drive through. We went through the drive through and they asked us to park up front. I was not given a receipt or the option of one. 20 minutes later, a worker comes out and asks if we ordered tacos and something else, which we did not. 5 minutes later another worker comes out asking the same thing, which I replied no and she walked away. Neither asked what my order was. 35 minutes went by and I decided to go inside to so what the issue was. They assumed I was still the one that ordered the tacos. I told them no and that I wasn’t given a receipt to show what I ordered but I gave the girl our order and she had her cook make it all again. I told her I’d be out in my truck where I have been the past 35 minutes. Reminder, drive through was empty and only 2 people in the restaurant. They did offer free fries and dessert for our wait, but once we got home, they still did not give us all the items we paid for!! We were short 2 burgers and 1 burger wasn’t even any that we ordered. Absolutely ridiculous! I have worked fast food within the past year, and I do understand the difficulties that come with it, but this was absolutely ridiculous!"

"I arrived at the location on Ft. Apache and Tropicana Ave. in Las Vegas, NV at about 7:20am on 9/25/23. I saw that they had new promotional sandwich called the "Stacked Croissant",so I ordered the combo which is described on the website as "A warm buttery croissant stacked with melty American cheese, grilled ham, grilled sausage & freshly cracked eggs, plus hot coffee & a hash brown. I also ordered a "Basic Witch Shake (pumpkin spice OREO® COOKIE shake). As I approached the drive thru window, there was a man standing at the window buying food without a car. After about 5 minutes, his transaction was over and I pulled forward to the window. The drive-thru cashier took my debit card and accepted payment for my order. Another employee shoves a bag in my car window and I look inside the bag. There is a box containing the sandwich and and a cold hash brown. I looked inside the box and there was a cold sandwich with meat and cheese only. Neither of the two eggs was included on the sandwich and the cheese was nowhere near melted on the sandwich itself. The cheese appeared to be from the refrigerator and placed on the sandwich as an afterthought. I sat at the window waiting for my coffee and my shake. I asked the cashier about my missing items. He told me they were out of the shake mix and that I had to pull around to the front of the store and wait in the parking lot. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I got out of my car and attempted to go inside to inquire about my order and to get a refund since the sandwich wasn't what was promised to me when I ordered. Despite there being a sign on the door saying that they lobby opens at 6:00am, the doors were locked and the lobby appeared to be closed. I went back to my car and waited another 5 minutes. I went back to the door and started knocking. After another 2 minutes, the manager came with my shake. I described my frustrations to her as she stood with a blank stare on her face. I had already been at the restaurant for over 20 minutes. I was on my way to work, so I didn't have time to wait any longer for my order to be corrected. I still did not receive the coffee that came with my combo. This is a disappointment. I visit Jack in the Box several times a week. I will think twice before returning to Jack in the Box, especially this location."
