Reviews
"The staff is great, but this restaurant is severely understaffed. There were only 2 people working. Maybe if you raised your wages you'd be able to hire more people instead of putting so much pressure on the few loyal staff you have left."
"We waited over 45 minutes for our order. (Dine in) For a company that’s supposed to be fast food that’s a bit extreme. When we finally got our order the food was overcooked. The burger was burnt and the fries were too crispy to enjoy. I usually love smashburger but this location has let me down too many times"
"It's been like 3 years since I've been to a Smash Burger. I came because I've had a gift card for about a year and I wanted to use it up. We walked in about 5:15pm and no one was there. Already kind of a red flag probably but we walked up and I noticed the menu had changed a lot. We order our food (which was as expensive as I remember) and I go to use the gift card. The kid took it back to his manager or shift lead because he couldn't get it to work and then told me that they couldn't accept it and to call and they should be able to replace it with one that works. I don't blame the kid at all. He was doing his best and he did fine but that really sucks. I ONLY came because I had a gift card. So now I'm paying full price for this and trying to stay optimistic but it didn't really get better. The kids cup was a water cup and none of the lids fit it. The food was very just meh. The fries were cold and soggy. The burger was alright but nothing special. And the shake was smaller than I remember it being last time. Kind of a rip off for the price. I don't plan on coming back. Just gonna take the loss on the gift card. Also, the staff do not want to be there. Which who does? I've worked at restaurants. I get it. But maybe don't talk loud enough for the customers to hear when you're complaining about how no one wants to work there anymore, even some ladies' son, apparently."
"We did take out, price is relatively reasonable. I liked their smashed garlic fries but not their regular ones. In regard to their burgers I would say so & so. Their barbecue brisket bacon burger was oily and bacon along brisket was burned."
"Nathan, the cashier and host, gives warm welcomes and is attentive to the cleaning of the tables. My hamburger was a little too hard and messy but edible. We did not like seeing or smelling the large trash container being wheeled past us in the dining area as we ate. It happened twice. I guess there's no alternative to going to the dumpster with their trash?"
