"If you have any ounce of love for your dog please do not go to this woman. She clearly had some sort of vendetta or dislike for my little Shichon. She shaved her so far down to the skin that she was bleeding. This was specifically after I asked her to please call me if she thought a close shave was going to be required. I bath and brush my dog practically every single day to avoid matting, therefore do not want our hard work to be zipped right off without a discussion. I ensured she had my cell number. Instead of calling me as requested, she called my husband who was in the middle of a meeting and gave her permission to shave. I picked up a dog that I didn’t recognize, who was bleeding in places and who appeared to have her first encounter with fleas! I will NEVER return to this revolting place. The pictures demonstrate the before and afters and an extremely shocked customer."

"Love the owner! She's a delight. my German shepherd always clogs her drains!! Kona has never liked a dog groomer until we went to her. As she's getting older it's a hit and miss if she'll let other people tough her. So since she has a self wash area it's a lifesaver! Everyone who works there is super sweet."
