"My daughter was enrolled here for about two months and this place had very poor service from the first day to the last the staff was not happy neither were the teachers they over charge single parents even with a child care subsidy. The place was freezing cold it also smells very bad the communication was the worse ever they never listened to my thoughts opinions or even putting my daughter on a long sleeve shirt or changed her clothes when asked my daughter is 2 she has never been sick I though she would not make it she was so sick from the Air conditioning it was literally 65 or lower everyday I walked in. Me and my husband would pick our child up everyday and her nose had not been wiped at all in an 8 or more hour day they treated my baby so bad she hated that place. I would view the cameras every second of the day because I was so scared for her all the kids do is play I have never seen a book pencils crayons or anything acedemic ever. It was so bad I had a really bad nightmare about them I will keep the details to myself but it’s some really strange things going on there my baby do not take naps every day after first meal I notice all the kids would get tired I have never seen a daycare where all 10 or more kids are sleeping. My baby would come home everyday so drowsy it was insane. I would not send a dog or cat to this daycare this was my experience. I emailed the director lady and she never emailed me back that was my Q to never let her go back I was willing to quit my job n be homeless it was so bad. I am not over exaggerating at all this was my experience since my baby has been home she has not been sick or drowsy this place really needs to be looked into I can go on but please don’t send your babies here"

"My daughter has started going here and this place is great! Everyone is so personable. The staff truly love their jobs and it makes all the difference. I couldn't say enough good things about this preschool. The teachers are very knowledgeable and the director is always stepping in and lending a helping hand. Which, to me, says everything I need to know about the people taking care of my child. I know my daughter is safe and well cared for while she is here."

"We picked this daycare when we moved here from out of state. Kids went for 3 months until we withdrew them for a place more affordable and attentive. The employees themselves were nice people but the care was terrible. I would check in on the cameras during the day and see the kids are just ALWAYS playing. There didn’t seem to be much learning or development. They said they would assist my child with e learning and she was missing class and I wouldn’t find out until the end of the day. My son was always getting hurt by other kids. There were just too many kids per teacher for the teacher to be young/inexperienced. It didn’t seem like they knew the kids on a personable level. It made due for the limited options during the pandemic but we’re a lot happier with our new arrangements."

"I have 3 children who attend this facility , and I absolutely love the staff! Especially Miss Rachel. She has gone above and beyond for my children . I have a son that requires a lot of patience and she has given him that . On my youngest daughters birthday her cupcakes fell and she went out and purchased her new ones . The director Rosalie always greats me when I come in, Cindi is superb with the financial end, which is important when I have so many children, billing needs to be accurate. I have gotten nothing but respect from staff and no complaints ever from my little ones ."

"My son has been attending Creative Kids Learning Center for just over a year now. At first it was hard, harder on me, but the teachers took my son in with open arms and he loves it there. He is continually asking for his teachers when he wakes up in the morning and on the weekends. He has made so many friends and has learned so much for the amazing staff. The Administrators are always open to conversation and concerns about my child and that helps me feel that he is in a safe place. My son will attend CKLC until he no longer can! :-)"
