"I would not even give this place a single star if I could. This entire organization is a pathetic joke from the owners down to the sorry excuse of the employees. It is a cloak and dagger organization. The school's campuses smell like a low-end hospice care center. Why anyone would keep children here is beyond me. The staff are unhelpful, unfriendly and do not know what they are doing. When it comes to simple yearend tax forms, they cannot produce them in a timely manner or even by the required due date by law. They gatekeep the only people who apparently can help resolve issues. This person, or these people do not respond to calls, voice mails, passed verbal messages or emails. They consistently messed up the tuition fees and receipts. Our daughter was enrolled in one of their locations and it was the absolute worst experience ever! She kept getting sick in the short time she was enrolled, so much so we had scare for possible major health concerns of cancer. We were looking to pull her immediately from this joke of a childcare facility, but thankfully they closed the doors to this location. It probably helped save many other innocent children and families the trouble of dealing with them. In addition to the complete and utter incompetence of the staff, the children were always screaming and crying, it was a mad house always. Sure, kids cry and scream but every single time I had to drop my child off? Then towards the end I would drop my child off and the smell that hit you, was a smell of people losing their faculties regularly, and the inability to properly clean and sanitize. I was horrified. If you want stress, madness, and general chaos for your child to experience daily, come to Stone Bridge. If you want attitude and unfriendly staff, come to Stone Bridge. If you want no help a lack of communication and frustrating dealings with finances, and forms Stone Bridge welcomes you. That is all you will receive from this company. They refuse to respond, communicate, and resolve issues, they fail at cleaning and sanitizing their facilities. They fail at protecting your little ones. STAY AWAY! You have been warned!!"
"The lying office manager Krista responded to my review stating it clearly says in our signed registration packet they require two weeks notice. Um, okay? As I've already said, we DID give two weeks notice when we pulled our daughter from daycare. You were trying to keep an extra couple hundred because we didn't stay until Friday, because your system doesnt allow partial weeks charges. Which is a lie. How were we billed vacation days then? By the way, we disputed your fraudulent charge with the bank and got our money back. So your entire plot to try and keep a few hundred dollars from a working class family failed, Krista. Hope it was worth it. Enjoy another 1 star review."
"Overall experience has been AMAZING! I LOVE the fact that my 3 year looks forward to school EVERYDAY!! The staff is VERY WARM AND WELCOMING. As a parent knowing your child is in good hands with staff that genuinely cares about their well being is such a relief."
"Given the issue of a child's braid being pulled from her scalp and the issue the parents had surrounding that I wanted to share my own issue with them. My daughter attended this daycare starting in August 2021. In October 2021 my 9 month old daughter fell off a non age appropriate toy and ended up passing out. We had to take her to umc urgent care and they told us she had a minor concussion. I was livid however I wanted to be understanding. The toy was removed from the classroom. Krista provided training for the teachers, etc. But my biggest issue was how Krista handled the situation after. In the beginning she took 100% accountability and stated she would pay the ER bill. After the bill came I had to literally chase her down to pay the bill and honestly regretted not taking them to court after that. She was rude and disrespectful. I pulled my daughter out soon after. Beware of sending your child here."
