"Just my honest review, I ordered a salad, was the first time at this location , made it home, and had no dressing. The manager was nice and gave me a comp salad. Came back to get my salad on a previous day WITH dressing, and they only had small salads. Overall, I love chick-fil-A. I'm not sure if I will visit this location again."

"I normally don’t leave reviews however today was the FOURTH time I’ve dined in and saw a homeless person sleeping at one of the tables. It was busy like a normal lunch hour and there were two small tables right next to the homeless man sprawled out on the bench seat. I didn’t want to sit right next to this man’s feet so I sat my family of 4 (toddlers included) at the bar table and my spouse and I stood while we ate because there were only two chairs at the bar table. No one sat next to the homeless man. Paying customers who were looking for an empty table weren’t comfortable sitting at the tables next to him either. Those tables stayed vacant the entire 45 minutes I was there. He had his belongings under the table and there was about 10 filthy crumpled up receipts on top of his table. I informed an employee about the man and he replied “Yeah he was sleeping there when I clocked in 2.5 hours ago”. I was shocked. I thought to myself, Where is the manager? You all know he’s loitering and he’s not eating. He’s been asleep for almost 3 hours and you’re allowing him to. I’m just disappointed. I understand if someone is homeless and comes in to eat that’s fine but to sleep here like it’s a hotel, that’s not okay. It’s no wonder homeless people are sleeping inside the restaurant! It's because your manager and employees allow them to! Eat and go like any other customers."

"Just got home from a 30 min drive. My grilled chicken sandwich tastes nasty and soggy. Bread fell apart and i hate that i was hungry and finished the rest with no bread. Hopefully I don’t get sick from this. Must be my luck, in the past never had issue. Also the waffle fries seems to not be cooked all the way. They didn’t even provide a receipt"
