"When we went in and asked about snakes the lady behind the counter (owner?) Said she did not handle them and that she had someone in on the weekends that did. Half the tanks had no water what so ever. There was enough snake shedding to show that the tanks had not been cleaned in a long time. Took pity on a poor Kenyan sand boa that was in a tank way to small and purchased it. Definitely consider it a rescue from the horrible conditions it was in. Would absolutely not go back or even think about giving this place money unless it was to save a pet from the awful conditions there."
"Their listed hours and phone number are incorrect. I'm not sure how to get ahold of them. I've been in their 1 other time, it was okay. They seem nice, but when i came back to buy a chameleon, a couple weeks later; no one was available and different hours were posted on the door. (Closed at 5pm and closed on Saturday and Sundays.)"
"I purchased 2 female young degus back in September of this year. I met a lady and 2 men working there. Very friendly and helpful. Only negative is we bought a wheel with a missing piece so it does not work. But wasn't worth going back for. I believe they are new store owners and they are just getting their bearings."
