"Nice picnic area with tables. The spring was low and had orange alge in it. The trees were beautiful, parking is limited"

"A wonderful piece of local history. You can park up top and walk the trail down to the spring or take the road at the east end of parking area which take you right down to the springs."

"Fun little stop on the side of the road off the beaten path. The kids enjoyed the exploring, the history was fascinating. It’s not a safe or easy path though, there were many people who couldn’t walk down the steep hill."

"I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately the trails don't appear to be maintained. I went there to mountain bike and made it about 100 feet in when I began to have trouble picking the trail out due to the overgrown grass. It's really a cool spot. Great views everywhere and would be an awesome biking experience if it was rideable. I would definitely have done it again just for the views on that route on the drive up. If you are mountain biking it may be better to wait until the fall so the path is more clear."

"It was great a full days worth of activities. Only thing that was upsetting is along the Oklahoma scenic route the bathrooms were closed or only 1 per recreational area was open for a very busy weekend."
