"Trying to get an appointment over the phone is near impossible. Waited 45 minutes multiple times and gave up. Had to physically go into one of your facilities to schedule. If all my records were not with you I would probably go elsewhere. Upon arrival everything was very efficient, friendly and quick. Please work out your phone issue!"

"Always treated with kindness and respect . The girls in the front go above and beyond to make my appts easy for me . They are so sweet and kind ! I always get greeted with smiles and no matter how bad of a day I am having at that point they always brighten it. Even tech was so kind to me ! I have MS , laying down for a CT scan and getting up can make me very dizzy. As far behind as they were she told me to take my time and not to worry. She was a little bit of a woman , but dang strong and helped me up and let me get my self settled. Very kind people with big hearts! All in the right field ! Not like other places that I have been that they seem to hate their jobs and take it out on you. We all go here for a reason and some are not for good reasons so when I go I want compassion, and that is exactly what you get here ! Thank you!!!"

"First time I’ve been to this facility, usually I go to another one that was booked till after my doctor’s appointment. Have to say that I’m quite impressed with this one and even though it’s further, I’m going here for now on. Smaller, quicker, and very little wait time. I’m impressed."
