"Ordered pizza with the special and when I got here, my whole order changed and the amount changed and Brandon the manager would not honor what they told me on the phone Bad customer service I had to wait 15 minutes for my order after I placed it on the phone and my pizza was cold . I wanted a refund. Brandon said that you guys do not give refunds which I have on a video. I am a loyal customer and never had this experience. I need an email address to give you more info I did not see anything on FB."
"Went in to pick up a prepaid to go order and the staff was busy when I walked in. One of them said theyll be right with me then after a few minutes a woman walked over to the counter and was bothered that I came in. I let her know I was picking up a to go order. She was rude and seemed like she didnt want to walk 2 feet over to the pizza that I already paid for. I asked to buy some soda and she had the most nasty attitude ever. It would have taken 2 minutes to ring it up and she was annoyed like I asked her to do something awful and extremely inconvenient. I dont understand why she had such a horrible attitude. I 100% would have immediately asked for my money back if I didnt have people waiting for the food. This woman should find another job since customer service isnt her thing. The food was ok, but the poor customer service would keep me from ever ordering from this location. I will tell every one not to go here."
"A rating of 4.1 today is like getting a 2 in the more accurate past. In that perspective the current number works. Bland food, under sauced, frozen ingredients. Almost like it's completely unseasoned. Service matches what some of the other complaints have said. Don't bother with this place there are plenty of great offerings in Las Vegas."
