"I would give this school a big fat zero but unfortunately that isn’t an option. If you look up the definition of hell, you will see MGMS. Parents worst nightmare. Why does the rich booming Maple Grove not have 2 middle schools? There are over 1800 kids at that school, not to mention how ghetto it is. The white kids think they are black. I’m talking the whitest of white with racist parents. I might as well send my child to school in North Minneapolis, and don’t even get me started on the staff. How do they still have jobs? A superintendents salary is $215,000.00 tf why hasn’t anything been done about the issues this school faces. Where is the schools psychologist?? Aren’t schools supposed to provide that to the kids. Yet, they can provide them with iPads that allow them access to mature websites. Sounds a** backwards if you ask me. Pay me $215,000.00 to be the superintendant and I guarantee you that school would be turned around so quick."

"The school is bad the teachers make you feel like a bad child they don't care about you and sometimes they are racist to black children. all of the teachers don't care what you have to say they will just do something bad to you. like the band teacher miss.Harms she is just rude and will lock you out of a room and tell you to go find a pass from a random teacher around the school."

"I go here and it is a terrible school. So much drama and bullying. Some teachers are nice but most could care less. The teachers are rude and they don't help you succeed. The dress code isn't fair. The phone rule sucks. I've gotten my phone taken away even though I wasn't on it. I do not recommend you bring your kid here. Please don't. Your kids and yourself will totally regret it."

"All three of my cousins go here and they tell me it's a good school but I'm looking at the reviews and it mixes together. Honestly, I trust my aunt and uncle and if they send them there then you can say it's safe to go there"

"Absolutely horrible school and extremely incompetent teachers! Both my kids attended this school and had bad experiences with the overall method of teaching. Constant testing on a weekly basis, loads of homework and very little willingness to help those students who are not "gifted". The teachers are clearly not interested in the wellbeing of the students, are rude to them behind the parent's back and don't care if they understand the subjects or not. The average student is clearly set up for failure. MGMS is an absolute failure in our education system. Avoid putting your kids here at all costs!!!"
