"Been here on 3 separate occasions and they messed up the order all 3 times. We are done. I honestly believe the collective IQ working at night is peaking at about 30. Just from the drive through order conversation, you know they are slow. I even repeated my order 3 times because I somehow just knew. This time even food was bad, patties were all dried out, fries were cold and there was a line. No excuses. Nasty."

"For the second time they forgot to give us items. Then when we went in to get the 3 items we asked for the some of the thing they forgot for the sides (sour cream, butter, salsa, straws....) they still didn't give them to us. Also there was standing water on the ground in the back that was totally visible. The beef in the chili for the taco salad was like they just threw a burger in there and called it good"

"Terrible experience on 2/4/24 8:10 pm. Me and my husband walked in the restaurant to have dinner we reached the front counter and there there was no one there no customers no employees. Then a guy named Mason strolls to the front doesn’t greet us or nothing just stands there. We proceeded to place our order for dine in, three or four minutes pass he brings us our food to the table in a to go bag and notifies that they’re out of salads didn’t offer a refund didn’t offer an apology didn’t offer another menu item, Nothing just walks away I let my husband know what he just said, and my husband asked are they gonna give you your money back? I’m like he didn’t say anything but I would hope I would get my money back. Then my husband opened his food to find that it was made wrong and the bread was burned so my husband was like just return everything and get all of our money back, I go to the front counter and the manager says I can’t give you a refund When clearly They don’t have what I ordered and what they do have is not right. I was too stunned to speak. She did give me my money back in cash when I paid in card and said somehow we have to make $29 back. I would never return to this location or recommend this restaurant."

"Twice now I have come to order the Nacho cheeseburger and twice now I have gotten a cheeseburger with no nachos on it at all and it wasnt even on the right bun. If they don't have the supplies to make the Nacho cheeseburger than they should just let people know that because I am now paying for something that I'm not getting."

"Dave's double meal about $12. Burger, fries, drink. Average taste, fair price, friendly service. Can use some more cleaning. Ghost pepper ranch sauce by name only. Absolutely not spicy, even Tabasco is hotter."
