"I was disappointed. Our table was right under a vent and it was freezing. Our server was nice but she only checked on us once after food was brought. Our waters ran out quickly and she never refilled them even after I asked. All the food was very salty so I was extremely thirsty. I think I’ll try a different location next time"

"Ms. Vanessa was the absolute best! She is the sweetest person & honestly made me, my husband, and son feel like family during our short visit. This is now my family’s favorite location because Ms. Vanessa. Sit in her section because she is just wonderful & had the greatest customer service."

"A standard Chili's you would expect. Service was rather fast for considering how busy the location was during our visit. The only suggestion I would leave is for the staff to clean the tables prior to a new party arriving. Our table had sticky marks that we had to ask to be cleaned off. Food taste was average. The rice I tried with my grilled chicken was rather dry. However, the steamed broccoli was fantastic! Maybe it's the extra salt they place. Nobody else really complained or praised the food that evening. Our waiter was very attentive and quick to bring our our food. She was even informative of the local area regarding what to see and do."

"The food here is always good. One of the few places that is not afraid of using spices. The server was right on top of things and checked back just enough to keep from being a bother. The decor is ok, it just seems they need to touch up on the small things. The restroom wall was nasty and could use a good cleaning. The hand rails near the bar had a very sticky coating of some sort. The place looks clean it's just the small things that need a good touch up."

"I love the service here! The robot Rita was a nice touch! Drinks were perfectly made and the food came out Hot Hot Hot! We came during lunch on a Saturday and there was plenty of space and we were seated immediately. Please do try the Margarita!!"
