Panera Bread

"Every time I go to this location they have the a/c on - it’s winter - and they’re usually out of items we’re trying to order. Tonight it was freezing in the dining room again and they had “no bread” to go along with the soup we were ordering. Panera Bread had no bread? Not only were the shelves behind the cashier stocked with bread but we weren’t offered any of it as a substitution. To go along with our soup we were offered chips, an apple or a fruit cup. Seriously?!? This is the second time in the last 2 weeks at dinner time that we’ve left without ordering."

"I ordered a bagel and cream cheese, and there was literal mold in the cream cheese. That is so beyond disgusting. This restaurant is clearly not following food safety guidelines and doesn’t care about the quality of food they serve people. It’s also super inconvenient for me…who wants a plain bagel? I ordered a salad too but now I don’t even want to eat that, who knows how old the ingredients are? The order itself was delayed for over 30 minutes because of issues at the store. Honestly this location has gone downhill and I will never order from here again."

"I ordered a Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup - Group (supposedly) to serve 4 people. it was $21.99 so I expected a large container of soup. What we got was more like a little larger than a pint. It was PATHETIC. The grocery stores ALL sell the same size soups for under $9. This is a complete ripoff at Panera. It will be a long time before I spend my hard earned money there. I do NOT see the value!!!!!"

"I only gave 3 stars for the atmosphere because most of the comfortable, private booths were taken up by people who were simply there just for the wifi and taking the space ALL DAY! leaving us true diners with nowhere comfortable to actually sit and enjoy our meal, with the manager walking around clearly knowing what is going on, but doing NOTHING about it. One booth was even taken up by a homeless person sleeping on the one side of the table, and the other side contained their dirty belongings. Right next to where my husband and I had to sit at a tiny, floppy, uneven table"

"First impression was that the property isn’t taken care of. The awnings need to be power washed or painted. Then i proceeded to walk in to the front counter. There were two associates at the register and neither greeted me when i approached, just looked at me. A friendly “hello” or “good afternoon” goes a long way. I can say, however, that my food was ready on time, and there were no issues with my order."
