"I asked for 2 tacos plain with just meat and cheese and what I got was 2 tacos full of who knows what an no cheese at all. I got part of my order right but not everything which is why they get a 2. I got wrong tacos and no soda. Pro tip: Go in person because if you do a delivery or online order it will be wrong and the staff will not care or give you attitude if you ask to get it corrected."

"Your typical Café Rio chain restaurant with good size portions of food at reasonable prices. The food was good but nothing more than average for this style of restaurant. Some of the things I do not like about this chain of restaurants is the production line style of ordering your food. The primary problem is when the lines get so backed up with customers waiting to order. This is made worse when you not only have to wait on the staff but there is always that customer or customers that cannot make up their mind on what they want and hold up the line even further. Another major problem it seems in all the Café Rio restaurants is the noise. I do not know what it is, but these restaurants are always noisy, and the furniture (tables/chairs) are simply terrible to sit in and reflect on while eating. The company sure did their environmental research in their design of the furniture to ensure no one wants to sit in the restaurant longer than 45-60 minutes. I suggest if you do wish to eat here, come when the restaurant is not busy to get faster service and a much quieter environment."

"I personally wanted to try cafe rio for the first time, so after my doctors appointment next door I came over to try just a regular rice + steak bowl. And added on some drinks and chips and queso. The steak is dry, the rice was a little too salty for me, the queso was sweet. The drinks were fine (of course). The atmosphere felt depressing, there was only a few older folks in there and the employees running around trying to get things done, and it felt a little dirty inside too. All that + the food equaled 36 dollars, for burnt chips, sugary queso, and 2 bowls with ONLY rice and steak. If I could get a refund I would, I feel very disappointed in the first time experience. I unfortunately won’t be finishing the food."

"This rio used to be so good but lately management has really let it fall apart. The amount of cross contamination, burnt food, and workers who wipe their nose with their gloved hand is out of control. At this point I have no choice but to report this establishment to the health department and to RIO’s corporate. This solely falls on the managements shoulders as they have a duty to teach these kids proper serving and food safety standards. In a day when people have gluten, and other food allergies this could seriously land this company in trouble with a frivolous lawsuit. There was cheese, lettuce, rice, beans, queso EVERYWHERE and on other food and containers. We won’t be going to this location anymore it’s too much of a liability."
