"Process was very easy. Checked in at suggested time and was taken into the the MRI room within 5 minutes. All staff were very professional at the facility. However when I called the general Steinberg number to see if my disk that the doctor requested was ready, the individual was not professional and stated I did not need a disk. When I informed her the doctor asked for one and I was following his request she said he could go into my records on line to review the MRI. I asked again if the disk would be available for pick up. She was short with me and finally said yes."

"I am highly claustrophobic and needed the biggest MRI machine they had. Plus sedation. They did such a great job keeping me calm, giving me the sedation and letting me know that they can pull me out any second. I was able to complete the MRI which is amazing and I will get my results tomorrow! All in all it was a good experience and I would go there again if I need an MRI in the future."

"They cancelled my appointment without my knowledge, then stated they didn’t have my provider’s information in their portal. Even after it was clarified and rescheduled I had to go through the same thing when I arrived at the new appointment. This used 4 hours of my time. Luckily, once it was cleared up the staff was great."

They all have been extremely caring and excellent at explaining what is being done."

"Very quick and easy service. I was actually quite late (10 min) to my appointment and they still fit me in regardless, which I really appreciated. However, I couldn’t find a direct phone number to let them know about my late arrival, so that was kind of irritating."
