"Went to the drive-through just now and the wait was longer than usual. There was a long line and the attendant asked me to wait for at least 10 minutes before taking my order. When I got to the window, the lady apologized for the long wait and told me that their manager left them with 3 screens that were not working and they could not see the order. I am giving them 1 star because their management didn't seem to care about their employees. I give their service 3 stars because even though their system is down, the employees continue to provide good service and did everything they could to complete my order."

"First time having JB. I had the Jack burger meal with curly fries . Much better than Burger King, Carl's Jr, Wendy's and MCDONALD'S. My husband had the chicken sandwich and regular fries. We also tried the mini tacos. Tacos were a bit strange tasting. I am not sure if I like them."

"I grew up loving Jack in the Box's 2 tacos but now I don't live near one. It had been a few years so I wasn't sure if they had changed my beloved tacos and thankfully they havent! They also have a mini version which is awesome. The entire staff was super friendly and the cashier showed a genuine interest in helping. He knew the menu very well and made suggestions. And no one had their cell phones - a rarity these days!"
