"March 14, 2024 I am very pissed off right now. I waited for 40 minutes to get my order. Taco Bell is a Fast Food restaurant, if I wanted to wait 40 minutes for food I would go to a sit down restaurant. I understand you might miss an order ticket on the screens, but 40 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time!! This is the only bad service I’ve had with Taco Bell, usually they do very well, decent food quality, not a long wait time, and friendly employees. Mistakes happen, and they gave me some compensation for the extra wait time. Please make sure this doesn’t happen again to other customers."

"This place never ever gets the drive through order correct. The employees at the window always are missing items in my bag. Today $10 worth of food. This is crazy. How hard is it to make sure everything is in my bag before you put through the window. Especially when it's so dam expensive.. not happy at all."

"There was only one car ahead of me on a Sunday evening and the drive through was SO slow. All I got was three burritos and there was hardly anything inside them. I get there’s a formula, but these burritos were nothing but tortilla. And I had to remind the cashier that I had ordered a drink, too."

"I have been to this location many times and as of today I have never had a worse experience. My entire order was completely incorrect! Worst part being that the drive through line was empty and barren when I pulled up. 1: I get a chicken bowl for a family member and get no rice no beans, it was missing everything and was just chicken, lettuce and cheese. No sour cream no tomatoes no guacamole. 2: I love the Mexican pizza and get it with jalapeño sauce. It didn’t have that sauce and the tortillas tasted bitter like they have been using the same oil for about 6 months passed the expiration date. 3: a grilled cheese burrito. THEY LEFT THE GRILLED CHEESE OFF THE GRILLED CHEESE BURRITO! Like how do you do that? Well, hopefully someone sees this review as I can’t even get a hold of someone at the store, here’s hoping all the rest of the locations aren’t gonna flop as hard as this one was."

"Usually I have no complaints about this taco bell, but now that the prices have gone up like this, I expect to get what I'm paying for. A cheesy gordita crunch is almost $5 each and this wasn't worth half of that. Sloppily put together, not even rolled in the wrapper, weak fillings. I feel like i paid for a taco shell and piece of flatbread, and to top it all off was ice cold when I got home 5 minutes later"
