"My experience with Desert radiology was very positive – I had an appointment and was seen at that time with very little waiting. The tech was professional, and the procedure took far less time than they originally stated. A couple areas of improvement could be implementing in online check-in Program like so many position offices have – currently you have to fill out three sheets Of paperwork. It’s also very difficult to make an appointment given the long hold times when you call in N was on hold for 45 minutes before I spoke to customer service and then I was quickly given an appointment. If it had been an emergency, I would have sought another radiology office."

"I went in to get an MRI done, and they turned me away due to a diagnosis code missing from my referral. There was a diagnosis written on the referral, but they turned me away because of the lack of code. I had to drive to Vegas and while I was there, the Desert Radiology staff at that location were confused about the denial of service over a code. My doctor's office faxed them over a referral that looked exactly the same as the one presented yesterday (without the code), yet I was seen at the Vegas location without a problem. Not sure if they need to be trained better, but someone needs to get on top of it."
