Pancho's 11020 Lavender Hill Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89135

"We were surprised and delighted to see such a nice big open space, well lit and nicely decorated. We ordered a shrimp cocktail to get started. However, it was more like a shrimp ceviche than a shrimp cocktail. They used plump medium sized shrimp, and put it in a very thin ceviche type sauce with diced avocado. Nothing like what I expected in a shrimp cocktail. Chips and salsa were quickly served to the table, and the salsa was good; with tomatoes, onions and cilantro, medium spicy. We ordered three entrees, and all of them were very good. The shrimp and crab enchiladas were excellent. The Pancho's combination was also very good, and I upgraded my enchilada to a crab enchilada. The taquitos were stuffed well, light and crispy; very tasty. Overall, we enjoyed the atmosphere, the service (thanks, Augustin!) and the food. If we got larger shrimp in our shrimp cocktail (as the price reflects), and it was traditionally prepared, this would have been a five-star review. A fun visit!"

"Hola Como esta? The food here is awesome (delicioso). Environment was exceptional and the setting really puts you in an authentic Mexican locale, with beautiful colors, pictures, and even skylights. Too many great things to say about Panchos, but......a little pricey, especially for lunch. Best place to go for a special occasion, or a great lunch with special guests. "Very prompt service upon entry. The server and others work well as a team. This isn't a place with unbussed tables for twenty minutes. Or even three. The food came out in a reasonable time. Drinks were delivered promptly."
