"** If you're making a delivery here, you need to use Ames Crossing Rd instead of entering via Lone Oak Rd. Lone Oak is being redone but there is a coned off path straight over by way of Ames Crossing. It messes up GPS routing with my Garmin AND Google Maps. Our drop and hook was quick and painless. Lots of room to back, docks are spaced out nicely, staff was friendly. There is room for FAF bobtails for overnight/break parking."

"Forward Air is a bunch of crooks. We have used them for freight and they charge added fees on literally every single shipment we send through them with zero justification. If you love your business and its profitability, do not use these crooks."

"Horrible company. I don’t even want to buy anything from Home Depot again because this company is so horrible. I woke up on a Saturday morning with calls and texts that they were dropping off my fridge at 6:45 AM. I never got a notice or a call the day before. I don’t live at the property so I couldn’t be there. I checked my email and I got an email with the delivery window at 7 PM the night before and it wasn’t even in my inbox. Now we have to reschedule for another day when it is more inconvenient. What a sad excuse for a business."
