"Ordered online on website from the delivery menu. Received an email that the food was out for delivery. Waited an hour and 30 minutes. When I called and asked, I was told I had ordered from them carry out menu and they exult not deliver. The person would not listen when I tried to tell them about the delivery email The person insisted upon canceling the order so I did."

"Decided to try here for some barbecue. The meat was okay. The sides were the highlight of the meal. The fried okra was fresh and the beans were a perfect blend of smoking and sweet. The staff were really nice and the building itself was super clean."

"BE AWARE - THINGS AREN'T ALWAYS WHAT THEY SEEM! On their website there is a wheel you can spin to get a percentage off, I spun the wheel & received 20% off. Then the hurdles... I called in to order. I told him I got the 20% off, which he acknowledged and asked for my order, which I gave him, I asked for the total minus the 20% and he said, "You have to spend at least $50 to get the discount". Me, "It doesn't say that". He, "The discount gets sent to your email and it tells you everything there". Me, "Tricky advertising". He chuckled & mumbled something about corporate being in business to make money. Me, "I don't appreciate being tricked into buying something, so please tell corporate where they can put their sandwich. Thank you, good bye"."

"The food here was great! Had the brisket and smoked Turkey. The meat was juicy and so tender. Also had a baked potato. It could have been warmer as the cold toppings really cooled it down quickly and I ate a less than room temp potato before I was 1/2-way through it. The staff were friendly but clearly distracted by a very large takeout order they were assembling. My friend and I had to repeat our choices multiple times to the order taker and to the cashier. And then when our order was “ready” they again asked us about our sides and potato toppings. The store was clean and welcoming - even a fireplace for the cold night we were there. Didn’t take pictures as I was enjoying the company of my friend instead. Would definitely recommend this store - despite the staff shortcomings at that time."

"Clean and smells so good in here! Staff was friendly saw the owner working too and they are all so positive. Just felt great might be the busiest Dickey's I've been into and I can see why. My brisket was so moist and my jalepeno kielbasa sandwich was so tasty. I recommend adding Mac to the brisket and on top of the meat on your sandwich. Gotta try the ribs next time."
