Starbucks

"I’ve never seen a Starbucks so dirty! Bathroom was disgusting, boxes in the common area. Instead on putting toilet paper rolls in the toilet paper dispenser, they stacked the rolls up on top of each other on top of the toilet paper dispenser box which will contaminate all the rolls. The sink was stained black like it was a mechanic shop. Whoever manages this location needs to be replaced. Waited 20-30min for my coffee. 5-7 people got their drinks before me. Nasty place! Almost told a family when I left, to not go in there. Go to McDonald’s for coffee, you’re better offand it’s 70% cheaper"

"I'm from out of town and stopped for a venti caramel macchiato and a venti chestnut praline latte.....my husband's cup felt heavier than mine but I thought nothing of it until we started to drive away I checked my cup (the chestnut praline latte) and discovered I was only given a grande portion. Shame on you! We spend so much at these establishments and at 6 something a cup you could at least make sure the cups are full. Unfortunately I couldn't go back we're towing a trailer and on our way home to another state so I'm just out of luck."

"We ordered 3 drinks and 3 sandwiches at 7:55. We did not get our order until 8:25. 30 minutes! It was not crowded and there was plenty of staff. We were late for our appointment. There were stacks of boxes everywhere and the store was dirty. Ugh!"

"We spent a lot of hours here this week while we were in town and needed wifi to do some work. The staff here is super friendly. We loved hearing them joke around with each other and create a positive and inviting atmosphere. A lot of locals seem to be going here daily as well, which says a lot. Drinks are consistently great as well. Thanks guys."
