"Great hike, landslide in one portion but there is a way around."

"It's a relatively short and easy hike. Until you get to the left turn after two or three water crossings, and it becomes a 7 or 8 difficulty. Nothing deadly but high risk of falling worth it to get to the end and see the waterfall. The road in is extremely washed. Maybe 2 miles of dirt road with some steep grades and big rocks and bumps on the grades, which make it very difficult for sedans or regular front wheel drive cars. Definitely doable, but drive it at your own risk. Says NoPets but who cares nobody there to enforce."

"One of the most breath taking waterfalls in the state! I'd rank this as easy, up until the last turn towards the waterfall, then it gets extremely slippery. Atleast one person from each group fell at the water fall as well. CAUTION!"

"There are three different trails. The Thunder Canyon Falls is amazing."

"Very cool trail! You will see lots of water, caves/sinks, and old homesteads. Be prepared to get wet, as there are multiple creek crossings (no rocks to hop across — just straight-up wading). Thunder Canyon Falls is absolutely worth seeing. Take your time going up the canyon, as the trail can be quite slick. It is worth mentioning that this parking area can be difficult to reach in wet weather, as the road can be quite muddy. If you don't have a 4x4 vehicle, you may prefer to park at the Broadwater Hollow parking area (36.10523°, -93.26787°) near Compton and hike downstream. The road there is in much better condition."
