The only negative about working in TA Dedicated in California that management has lack of Professionalism and Communication. Low engagement and morale has made this toxic atmosphere to the drivers. Favoritism is one thing, management speaks about that all drivers all equall when Favoritism still happening in the yard. Drivers should be allowed to get an annual survey for management performance. Working in TA Dedicated is an opportunity and I hope that the company see us drivers as valued family to this company. Not just numbers."
