They called to tell me my moms package was returned due to me and her not answering the phone and when I told them I didn't have any missed calls the man on the phone rudely deflected and shifted the blame on his phone service... Yet this call went through just fine... He stated that maybe the previous calls didn't go through and proceeded to tell me that it happens to a lot of people. If it happens to other people maybe this is an issue the business needs to resolve. The man didn't let me speak so much so that I ask that he let me talk. No apology was made for their terrible service and extreme rudeness. The price is not worth this poor service. The price is comparable to other shipping services. We only went with them to try to bring business to a minority owned local business."

They help you as much as they can and there are boxes for sale here if the man has time he even helped you Package and he doesn't charge you extra he is very nice and he gets the job done. I have a had my packages delivered to family in South America on several occasions and nothing has been missing from my packages I haven't lost anything."
