For example, they were able to text me directly about things involving the move prior to the event, as opposed to a phone call, which worked out great as I have a busy work life. They also accept phone calls if thats easier for you as well! They answered every question I had promptly and courteously. They were quick and very professional as well held a polite demeanor.
