"Ordered a pepperoni/mushroom pizza. Received the order, missing mushrooms. Only about 60% of the pizza actually had pepperonis on it. Sent a email to the store letting them know of the error. Receive email back stating call us when your ready, we'll give you a credit. No mention of sorry we didn't call you and refund you for the missing topping we're out of or would you like an alternative since we're out. In the return email, how we're going to prevent the issue's in the future, how much the credit is for, when it expires nor did the manager even acknowledge that 40% of the pizza was cheese with no toppings at all! Why even go back for a freebie when I literally have zero confidence that anything will improve or be better? Everyone, do yourself a favor, go somewhere else, preferably local."

"Ordered a Meat lovers on line when I went to pick it up I saw that I did not choose the right crust, my bad. I told the guy who made my pizza that I screwed up but instead of asking if I wanted to have another one made he said well that's what you ordered. I was willing to wait and pay for another one with the crust I prefer but he attitude made me just grab the one he made and leave."

"i called for delivery. Bread sticks were not cut. They really need to be up front that DoorDash will be delivering. I typically do not use DD as I have had many issues with the company. The driver was great this time though; however, I do not think I will use delivery again. Edit..the pizza made the whole family sick. We ended up just throwing them away. Would like a refund since all this was, was a waste of time and money. I'd skip this place altogether!!!"

"Boneless wings were barely sauced. After I placed my delivery order I got a text that Door Dash would be delivering and I knew it would be an issue. My ‘dasher’ never rang the doorbell and just left everything by the front door to get cold. I did not request a contactless delivery. Last time I will go with Pizza Hut."

"What an absolute disaster. Ordered pizza and it arrived very burnt. Called and requested my order be delivered again. Received wrong pizza and missing items. Tried calling multiple times but no one answers. Get directed to their corporate phone center to request a refund, only to get redirected to the store where no one answers. Following up: a month later still have not received any refund after finally speaking with someone."
