"This was the company in charge of driving people to and from the Shakopee Renaissance from the park and ride places. I brought my dog with, as the website said I could. My dog and I had no problem getting on and everyone was polite. When it was time to go back to our car from the festival, the rude old man on the bus said dogs weren’t allowed on. I explained to him that we took the bus here, didn’t have a car as we took their bus, and had no way to get back. He told me he could put my dog in the luggage underneath the bus, and then told me to get out of line, as we were in the way. If a bus company doesn’t want dogs on their buses, they are well within their right to say so, but they can’t bring a dog and their owner somewhere and then decide they don’t want to bring them back and leave their paying customers stranded miles away from their vehicle."
