"They are routinely (over multiple visits) out of basic menu items. This is a predictably high traffic store at a marquee destination location. This is a corporate owned location. Management clearly doesn't care therefore neither do the employees. It's a bad look for an otherwise decent chain. Do better."

"This place is unbelievable, a real downer for the Panera corporate. Horrible service. The staff seems confused and stalled t the counters. Coffee was cold, hot water was cold, the milk flasks were empty. They were out of butter There were 2 ladies working their tails off though at the kitchen, who were quite helpful To add to that a customer looking person was staring at others and eating food brought from outside."
