"It's the absolute worst when they have an incompetent sub in place of the original driver. You wager with time because you have no idea if you're too early or you become a victim of being late/missed. Even if you're out there ON TIME as PER USUAL watching the bus on the APP. On a few occasions, you're fooled by the bus tracker on the app only to find out a different bus is picking up which was my scenario today!! Sub driver drove right past our stop, didn't even stop! Time becomes exasperatingly inconsistent. And a phone call to the company staffed by rude, unsympathetic employees (especially the females) with lack of customer service is the 2nd most agitating thing!!! Time after time, I still deal with the same mediocre service. Can't wait for my child's regular bus driver to come back from vacation. He's always consistent with time! Never have a problem with him. Any other driver is just as incompetent along with the snarky female staff at the office. It seems they employ just about any insensitive drivers with the ability to drive but lack common sense. You people who answer the phone have utterly no empathy. Just pure tactless and undiplomatic manner. I'm glad this is my last year having to deal with you're company."

"My son has been in kindergarten and using this bus company for a month now. What a disaster, I am actually thinking of pulling my son out of this school just so I don't have to deal with them anymore. They are constantly late, the worst was last week, over an hour and 15 minutes late. More than half the days the bus tracking isn't working, so you don't know why they're so late or when to expect them. Two of the bus drivers argue with me about where the stop is, but I've had it confirmed by the bus company. Twice they've driven past without dropping him off. Today was the kicker, the bus driver drove past without dropping him off. I called the school to tell them. He came back and immediately told me that I wasn't at the right stop. I told him that it was, and his company told me it is. He argued with me and told me I was wrong. Then he told me he never stopping my son off at that stop again. I told him I was so frustrated with his company, he told me to stop using the bus, then he told me to get a job with his company driving a bus. He said again he not dropping my son off at his stop, I asked if he was going to be his driver again. He said he didn't know, closed the door and drove off."

"The driver drove right by my 9 year old daughter at the bus stop this morning. Tried getting the bus driver to stop with no luck and saw them leave another kid at their stop as well. I called the office several times and no one picked up......left a voicemail, no returned call. Second time this has happened this year....jacked my whole day up as I had to drive my daughter to school, 45 minutes round trip."

"Every day I have to call and see where my granddaughters bus is. Driver is always at least 10 minutes late and kids get to school late. I realize some issue may parents aren't around to get their kids off the bus but something needs to be done"
