"Been a member since 2012. There's been ups and downs. Great rates. In branch team are always friendly. App works well. The bad. Unanswered emails to support. Had unanswered email to banker I talked to in person. In 2020 when houses lasted on market for 3 days, I wouldn't get a prompt response for approval letter. Hear back too late. Been denied loans with 760 score and 100% on time payments. Others accept no problem. I'll stick around. Plenty of room for improvement."

"Poor customer service. I just wanted to deposit a check. I was excited there was a credit union close to our new house. I am trying to get a feel for local credit unions to transfer from my Montana based credit union. Spoiler: customer service is poor at the Golden Valley branch. The young male teller analyzed my check, from a local business no less, as if he already pre-judged me and decided there was something wrong with it. He then informed me he couldn’t look up my account even though I had a teller at another TruStone perform this service before. If TruStone can’t perform full services as a partner credit union they should be removed from the co-op credit union list. I will be providing feedback to the credit union co-op to recommend removing this location from their list."

"In the Golden Valley MN branch. Treated rude. Needed to cash 2 payroll checks the front end teller was rude and unknowable, second yahoo a boy came over stated no he wouldn't cash them either, the " head teller" stated a military id was not a valid Id she had never seen one before so I won't take it. They REFUSED to call my employer for verification of $. They they said the checks looked Forged asked to see manager " I suppose but it's going to be 40 minutes . Guess what I will wait she replied fine. Guess the other reviews are correct RUDE, UNKNOWABLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . Nancy Stark"
