"They outsource just about every facet of the relocation process to a vendor or third party in order to deflect blame and responsibility. They fail to provide any individualized support and falsely advertise the benefits they are providing, by wildly underestimating and understating out-of-pocket costs. I might as well have done the whole relocation process without their assistance."

"My move has been nothing but headaches due to Plus Relocation. My relocation counselor's (RC) phone number consistently goes to voicemail and I never get return phone calls. My RC takes 14+ days to reply to emails to the point that I have to add other people at the company in to get replies. My RC just spent the morning replying to emails from more than a month ago that other people have already addressed while ignoring our *one* open email thread. My RC has also nickel and dime'd every expense report, adding in parameters and caveats not represented in my initial relocation benefits document. I have had to fight for, advocate, and renegotiate every aspect of my benefits throughout this entire move. Next time I'll take the cash stipend and handle everything myself."
