"The most uneducated, ill-informed, "specialists" my family has worked with. They fail to disclose the most common and basic fees, they seem to have little understanding of county laws and regulations regarding real estate. They keep changing the amount needed to close over and over, adding MORE fees to the process. It's been an overall nightmare. Unfortunate"
