"I had Xpressmen move a couch out of my home. It had to go out my front door, which was a brand new, special-order door. I kept telling the worker that the couch would not fit through the door and he kept pulling it through. Because of that, one of the legs on the couch gouged a dent and a few scratches on the door. Not only didn't he listen to me, but then he tried to blame the incident on me. The insurance agent came to my home to investigate the damage and said that the damage justified the purchase of a new front door by Xpressmen. Now I'm trying to get in touch with Rico, the owner, at Xpressmen and he will not return my calls. Do NOT work with these guys because they are not loyal, truthful, and responsible for the work they do."
